Andrew Michael Geller. “Jossel House”, Fire Island, NY 1959.

Geller designed a series of inexpensive beach houses, all with unique layouts. I also like the Lynn House (p.113-4 in Weekend Utopia), built in 1961. Apparently they are all approximately 600 sq. ft.
